What Are Eyelash Extensions?
What to Avoid with lash extensions:
Avoid any oil based products around the eyes, serum, heavy makeup, steam, tinting, perming, mascara, sleeping on your face, or excessive heat. Avoid water for 24 hours, after that time period you may wash your lash extensions with a gentle foam lash shampoo to keep them clean and flawless.
Keeping up with your new lashes:
Possible Allergy
If you are having any itching, swelling or irritation this is a sign of an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions can happen in 24-48 hours after application. In some cases, a client can over time develop an allergy to lash extensions. This reaction stems from the ingredient “cyanocrylate” which is in all professional lash adhesives. This ingredient is a strong adhesive that bonds the lash extension to your natural lash. If you have had any previous allergies to glues, lash extensions may not be suitable for you. If an allergic reaction appears, it is recommended the technician safely remove them immediately, and you take an allergy relief pill. If the allergic reaction becomes severe, inform your technician and seek medical attention.

In the result a client is dissatisfied or has an allergic reaction, a consult will be held with the technician and a client may be eligible for receiving a future discount on another service.
