Spa Etiquette


We value our guests’ time, and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. We kindly request you reserve your appointments with a credit card. Your card will be used to hold your appointment and will not be charged. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

When to Arrive

For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for a spa tour, changing into your spa attire and a consultation. We ask that our returning guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for proper check in. For late arrivals, your treatment will finish at the originally scheduled appointment end time to ensure that clients being served after you will experience their full spa treatment on schedule.

Spa Attire

Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress, and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make any special requests to ensure your comfort.

Please be aware that some of our specialty and medi-spa treatments require specific attire in order to properly perform the session. If you are uncertain about the spa attire, please be sure to ask a reservationist prior to your appointment.

Product Return Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on product(s). If you decide you do not want your product, and provided that the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take back or exchange your product(s) for another retail product.

Series and Package Policy

All series and package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the spa. Packages and series have no expiration date, and they can be used with different service providers in the spa.

Child Safety Policy

We write this new policy with the utmost respect to the parents in our spa. Over half of our staff are parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue. Moving forward, we will be implementing this new policy. We understand how challenging it is finding time for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your spa appointments. However our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the spa. In the event you must bring a young child into the spa, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. You will be financially responsible for any items and/or property damaged by children attending with you. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We write this notice without the intent of offending and hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe environment.

Cancellation Policy

To CANCEL ANY appointment, we require 24 hour notice. In the event that an appointment is cancelled or modified after the 24 hour notice period, you will be charged a 50% service cost cancellation fee per service cancelled. No Call No Show or cancellation within two hours of an appointment, you will be charged the full amount equal to 100% of the service. This policy helps us ensure that we are able to serve all of the customers wanting service at our spa as well as making sure that our staff is reserved accordingly. Gift Cards

Gift cards make a great gift for birthdays, special occasions or just to say thank you to your family and friends. Gift cards can be used on services, retail, gratuities and tax. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and change will not be given on any unused value which will remain on your account.


We accept cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Checks are not accepted.


If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as cash or as an additional item on your credit charge.
